Looooooong Weekend

What an awesome weekend. This coming weekend is my anniversary. But Heather has to be out of town for work for our actual anniversary. So we took off for a little "get away" this past weekend. It was great to get away with no worries and no homework. It was very relaxing. We started off the weekend by going to the University of Utah football game. We beat Arizona 27-24. It was a good game, kind of close at times, but a solid win. At the beginning of the game the marching band played the national anthem while the flag was brought out. The really neat thing was that the stadium spontaneously burst into song. A standing-room-only-stadium full of 45,000 people singing the national anthem. I got a little teary. We had a moment of silence for the Katrina victoms and thoughout the game they would periodically announce the URL and places on campus of where to donate money to aid the relief efforts. You should donate some money.
